Sourced from the Kyoto-Uji area, "Matcha Ichi Baisen" stands out due to its unique roasting method. This high-temperature roasting of tencha creates a sweet, kinako-like aroma, a clear umami, and a refreshing finish. Its striking reddish-green color adds elegance to tea and sweets, and its approachable taste welcomes all.
We have carefully selected three varieties of tea leaves: Samidori, Yabukita, and Okumidori. Each tea leaf is carefully machine-harvested to maximize its individuality.
